So this might be really subjective but interesting to see everyone’s views
Can I say I’m a hot guy ??
I just saw a profile that stated very hot couple And I thought well maybe to some.
So am I just hot to some or am I hot if I say I’m hot

My personal opinion is that more people should describe themselves as hot or attractive or whatever. We're continually telling people to be more positive about the way they look, let's encourage them when they are. |

Isn't your actual level of hotness determined by others perception of what they think is hot?
I think I'm a decent looking bloke, would I say hot, no. I've been told I am by some and others have said I have a face like a robbers dog. |

Having self confidence to say something about yourself in a positive way is cool and attractive, but there’s something about someone telling me they’re hot and only meet people ‘exceptional’. That’s objective. My hot and your hot are completely different, and may be the same for different reasons.
I’m f’kin amazing, to me. To you op, probably not so much   |

Absolutely true. As I said on another thread, why should we not use affirmations on ourselves?
We're all beautiful, all amazing and there is nobody like you anywhere else on the planet so it should be celebrated, be uniquely you always  |

But we all know that anybody with high levels of self esteem and self belief with a positive body image who actually articulates that is going to get taken down a peg or two. Human beings love to build up to tear down |

Each to their own, but I think there's more to be respected in being humble.
You do not need to tell people you're hot.
Plus it tends to give me a bad impression when I read "hot, intelligent and educated" on a profile. It reflects how that person views everyone else. |
