Services. Basically I had to go into my local branch of Lloyds (other banks are available) to use the wonderful services that they provide. Cut a long story short, two days later I got a text message asking to rate their services, also happens when I have to go to hospital (they sent me a letter).
Does anybody else get this, and do you reply? |

If they’ve been really helpful then I’ll reply and give them a good score, I know it’s important for their gradings / bonus etc, so happy to do it. If I’ve had standard / average service I’ll just ignore.
But I’ll give you a 10 for the service you gave me SuperRamFan! |

I get it from Vodafone every now and again. I learnt that if you score the first question 0 or 1, they don't ask the follow up questions.
...which calls into question the validity of whatever data they end up with. |

Probably means the customer service rep you had is getting pulled in to a meeting...
