Services. Basically I had to go into my local branch of Lloyds (other banks are available) to use the wonderful services that they provide. Cut a long story short, two days later I got a text message asking to rate their services, also happens when I have to go to hospital (they sent me a letter).

Does anybody else get this, and do you reply?

If they’ve been really helpful then I’ll reply and give them a good score, I know it’s important for their gradings / bonus etc, so happy to do it. If I’ve had standard / average service I’ll just ignore.

But I’ll give you a 10 for the service you gave me SuperRamFan!

I get it from Vodafone every now and again. I learnt that if you score the first question 0 or 1, they don't ask the follow up questions.

...which calls into question the validity of whatever data they end up with.

Probably means the customer service rep you had is getting pulled in to a meeting...
