Beef once a week, usually steak, spag bol, chilli or alike.
The rest is chicken, fish or pork.
Lamb very rarely probably 3 times a year if that. It’s expensive so normally do the cheaper cuts, shoulder or mutton and slow cook overnight. |

Alot less than 2 years ago, i tend to do meat/meat free/meat/meat free ect throughout the week. I dont have currys with meat in ever now, i just really find i prefer them without |
