Not knowing their music cost us a point at the pub quiz tonight, though someone said the answer as a joke but did not go with it.

f’kin love them and their mu Mu and everything they stood for. (do you know hard that was to get my phone to write that?)

Kopyright liberation front their music takes me right back to when my friends were bang on. Absolutely had my back and I had theirs.

I’ll search for it, hopefully it’s good.

Hillsborough, NI

I bought the White Room album when I was about 10 years old.

I watched that documentary the other week; it was really interesting as I didn't actually know much about them.

"They have travelled the world

With the ice cream van

Their voyage, the bottom of time

They have entered the place

with the Mu Mu mate

And their children so pride

Mine as a "99"

Been keeping up with Bill Drummond lately, his stuff on how iPods changed how we interact with music or what he's doing with The 17 is pretty cool...

I remember reading an interview with them in a motorcycle magazine. Liked their attitude to stuff and bikes. So my love affair started with an interview and then I heard their music.

Just not my stuff I first thought….but just like I felt when I first heard the Prodigy I knew I had to listen to it again. And again, then it started to make sense, the humour and maybe the art as well.

Now everyone at work knows when I’m d*unk as I’ll be sharing a KLF video on Faceshit as I go back in time.
