Because I don't want to feel the wrath of Floro...

What's your favourite granola ingredients?

I love me some granola on yoghurt. I like the ones with hazelnuts, flaked almonds, freeze dried strawberries and chocolate curls. Yum!

You don't want it either. It's one of the most unhealthy things in the supermarket.

I make my own, it’s much better than the supermarket crap

Oats and mixed seeds, and I gave it with plain kefir yogurt

Either granola in a yogurt with fruit pulp at the bottom.

Or bear with me, give it a chance, granola in fresh pineapple, orange or apple juice.

Definitely with you on the first one! I love yoghurts with the fruity bit at the bottom. Peaches is a favourite of mine.

La la land

Haven't had any in ages. Usually make a granola dust (sound Ming but it's nice) and can be used on yogurt but equally made into a drink when in a rush.

Salt caramel or a acai and blueberry.

But honestly try it with fresh fruit juice instead of milk.

Oh i did once have, coffee i think with demerera sugar, cream, granola on that and a pear half on top. I think there was vodka in there too.

Half the protein shake you'd usually have, protein granola upto the correct requirement.

Mix and match flavours

I always buy Lizi’s low sugar granola and add goji berries, almonds, blueberries, raspberries, and honey. Plus a bit of milk.

It's generally WAYYYYY unhealthy, but tries to make itself sound healthy. It's WAYYYYY tastier than Weetabix, et.al..

Chocolate curls make me think of something else.

I don't like nuts in my cereal unless it's crunchy nut cornflakes. I'm much more of a fruity granola guy.

I sounds like it would be quite high in sugar. I'll stick to my Weetabix

There are some no sugar/low sugar ones, but they're made with a lot of oils and nuts and seeds so high fat too. So fucking tasty though

I guess it depends how you're looking at it. It's not diet food by any stretch of the imagination and many are high in sugar and fat but if you're looking at nutrients, the fruit, nut and seed heavy ones have some decent stuff in there.

Interesting, I guess if I wanted to, I should go for the low sugar ones

I always think of Neil Diamond. Showing my age there.

If I bought some, my ravenous horde will devour it within minutes. So I don't buy it. I do think longingly of freeze dried raspberries though.
