I do.
I was on a train this morning and a guy was wearing a really attractive dark blue suit, but he had brown shoes and a black belt. It just didn’t look right, in my opinion.
His watch strap matched his shoes though, so I have him a reach around

I tend too, i have a hermes belt which flips tan/black with gold, silver or black buckle, really really usefull for matching up. I matched my shoes to that |

I only have one belt, it’s brown.
It goes with everything.
The last person that tried to tell me otherwise was told to ‘fuck right off’.
Didn’t go down too well, it was at the reception after a funeral, they had also commented on my black jeans not ‘being appropriate’. |

Since most of my clothes are either blue, black or green it's a mute point, black or brown works, I just pick up the first belt that comes to hand.

back when I a was guy working in the city (pre transition ) I was always suited booted in finance/tech industry and matched my belts/bracing with shoes . and often with handmade custom cufflinks to polish it off |
