Not literally but I wish some people would.
One of the lads I work with has come into work with a stinking cold and keeps bitching about how bad he feels.... Told him to man up or piss off home and stop spreading his germs. Am I meanie for telling him this? |

Not at all! My OH has the same cold as us and Bugga me you have never heard anyone moan so much! Told him I was going home and he couldn't come as I didn't want to look after him... Can only just look after myself and child. Child doesn't moan unless it needs something. How's that for mean? Lmao.  |

*flash back* my leaving day of work experiance was traumatic.. I was stuffed into a 50 gallon oil barrel full of some weird shit.. And they left me there..  .. I couldnt move.... Hahahaha.. Funny when you think about it..  |

Japanese culture holds that it is extremely bad form to spread one's germs around and if one must engage in social settings one should wear a surgical mask to filter out the germs. |

At our place the newer employees are on different contracts that mean they dont get sick pay. All this does is force them to come in when they are ill and spread it around. Luckily I do get sick pay |
