couple, us we him her.

Peace and quiet and not full of "lads on tour"

Pissed up middle classes who think it's their God given right to get as pissed as they want and act like complete animals just because.

North Bucks

North Corfu. Kalami or Agni Bay and then round to Kassiopi. Some lovely green villages with the odd villa, hotel or guest house along a stunning coastline.

Come on then

I’ve just come back from Perros Guirec in Brittany. Miles of empty sandy beaches. Perfect

Dubai & Nottingham

Some of my fave tranquil places….The north east coast of the U.K. , Nerja - it’s right near Malaga but so different, sharks bay in Sharm el Shiekh , Ubud (Bali), lonely beach on Ko Chang Thailand., Vias south of France, La Mer (Dubai)

The Hawaiian island of Kauai is rural, has spectacular natural beauty, relaxed people, and great peace and serenity. . I highly recommend it and live here

Finnish Lapland. Visited there last December. People in those regions actually follow an unsaid agreement if "right to be left alone" They build houses as far away from each other. Some even go as far as not taking electricity supply. Of course every house a traditional wooden sauna and also northern lights on tap. Would love going back sometime. Let me know if anyone wants to join

Manchester (she/her)

Several years ago I visited Barcelona in winter. I wouldn't say it was serene, but places in winter will be way less crowded. And in that part of the world, the weather will still be pleasant

Also the orkney islands are quite underrated. You can hire a cycle and go around to any coastal place and lose yourself to the nature.

Would be happy to share better views if you are interested, La Luna. I love sharing my island and sharing in other ways... all part of the aloha spirit.

"Some the smaller Maldives islands, the further away from Malè the better.

Beautiful beaches, amazing snorkeling and diving.

No news, no shoes is the motto

Brac in Croatia is lovely, and so is Salzburg (particularly the surrounding mountain region) in Austria.
