Ten people have been killed in a shooting in New York state that is being investigated as a racially-motivated hate crime.
An 18-year-old man wearing military gear was arrested after a stand-off at the scene in the city of Buffalo.
The suspect entered a busy supermarket on Saturday afternoon before opening fire. He used a camera to stream the attack online, police said

Do not get me started on this…. When his manifesto says he was radicalised by 4chat… starts spouting white replacement theory, his admiration of Dylan Roof, admits to being racist and anti semetic, travelling over 200 miles and choose the neighbourhood solely because it was primarily black… and that he calmly walks out the store and gives himself up…
No offence if that’s a black man.. do we really think he walks out alive? And I swear I may screw at the next person who says mental health issues…
I think he was of because it’s New York State, it doesn’t have the death penalty… but because they are absolutely going to treat it as a federal hate crime and domestic terrorism… so he will get the death penalty!
The one saving grace for dylan roof was the family’s of the 9 he murdered in that church believed they would not have wanted an eye for an eye… so he got life without parole!!
This fella is not going to be as lucky……
I don’t believe in the death penalty, but this really tries that belief I have… may he absolutely rot in hell! |

And if you suggest that guns should be restricted in the USA you will get a massive backlash from the political Right. They say the best way for a person to defend themselves from such things is to be armed themselves, not to make sure people can't get hold of guns in the first place. I'm glad I don't live there. |

Well stated and put my friend.
Just shows where we really are in the world. Forget the fanciful words to soften many up. All actions do count by all people's.
Sick sick sad sad very unwell times now and ahead of us.
There are moves saying and showing some people and humans are actually lesser and non worthy of the rights as some.
Forget the main news. Look around us what actually is going on. A crime is a crime! Why is it viewed and dealt in a manner for some and not others!
May they all rot here and elsewhere whom hate all people's of this earth. |

In theory states themselves don’t have the power to call it a domestic terror attack, that has to come from the FBI… he will end up with it being a federal race hate crime, and a federal domestic terror attack, both of which carry the death penalty tariff |
