Last minute meets?

My very first Fab meet was a last minute late night “meet now” meet back in the day. Crazy rushed trip to Abingdon .. but it was nice.
Since then they’ve all been planned in advance .. and I definitely prefer if that way, get the rapport underway first! |

Mostly planed
If it is a last minute meet then it’s seconds and I am still ready from the last meet
Takes me day and hafe to be ready
So if it’s a last minute meet then you cought me still ready from the last meet

When I (delight) am in the mood I will do last minute meets , they have been a mix of good to great. Only a few not so good meets that when I realized it not a good idea to have them Friday or Saturday nights.

Plan it. I don’t dress smart enough for a last minute thing, and unfairness I don’t see offers from local people flooding into my box so the travelling isn’t exactly getting my horn going is it? |

I don’t think of it as ‘last minute’, I think of spontaneity.
Spontaneity is a great thing.
I’ve had meetings that arose in a spontaneous fashion - they went from chatting online to “we’re only half an hour’s drive from each other” to “I know a place” and they were almost all very satisfactory.
One was a disaster, we had absolutely zero attraction either way.
One was a triumph and led to a long term friendship and so much more.

I met my FWB at a spontaneous last minute meet. We’ve been friends for over 2 years now and it’s been amazing.
So thinking I am a good judge of character, even online, haha, I decided to go for it and have a last minute social one yesterday. Not good. So won’t bother again! No time for this crap haha |
