Not looking for single guys

Okay just one I always ponder, I look at my " who's looked at me " tab and quite often it is mostly couples. Now I'm not looking to meet anyway as I'm happy with who I meet as it is. However being nosey like most would be I view the profile. And there it is " not looking for single guys " looking for m/f couples and females.
Nowhere on the profile or veris does it even suggest meets with single guys. What's that all about ? If I want shoes I'm going into a shoe shop I'm not calling into the butchers on the off chance  |

That is displayed when they have their filters set to block incoming messages from single men. It doesn't mean they're not seeking them and contacting them themselves.
It cuts down on the volume of incoming messages and means they can contact those they are attracted to rather than have anyone fitting what may be loose criteria contacting them.

Can't speak for everybody but for a while we had men filtered out just to stop being inundated, but we would still look at men so we could decide to contact one if they took our fancy, mostly because we look at the new pics tab and if we like a pic we'll click on the profile (however, we don't appear on who's looked) x |

Far too many single men bother those of us with MF accounts and also single F accounts, dozens of messages each day where they haven't even bothered to read the profile. When they write they aren't looking for single men they usually but not explicitly mean they don't wish to be contacted by single men and typically haven't bothered to go into their message filters to block single M from contacting them. They are happier to make the first move. |

If we tick the meet single guys box we can’t keep up with messages so it is easier just to tick couples and if we were looking to meet a single guy then message somebody we chat with to see if they are free and want to meet, we often get messages that start .... I know you don’t meet single guys but, if they looked at our veris they will see we do |

If you allow single men to message you you get loads of messages from single men.
Sometimes it's easier as a couple to go hunting when you want a single man |

Not once did I say I didn't like people looking at my profile, the actual question is in the original post. Never made a statement about not liking my profile being looked at just curious as to why some who aren't looking for something are looking at the exact thing they aren't looking for "
