So spotted an article on Wales online showing how to get rid of your gag reflex. It might be useful for some of you, the article suggested it would be helpful if you needed to take covid tests
In the clip, Gemma pushes her right thumb into her hand and squeezes it into a fist as hard as she can, before placing her right index finger on her chin and counting to five. Then, she squeezes the skin in between her right index finger and thumb for five seconds. Finally, Gemma sticks her fingers in her mouth to test the gag reflex - and is shocked to find that the trick has worked.
