I have a friend who makes me jars and jars of her amazing pickled onions for Christmas

Those with Stilton on their list would do well to try try Lanark Blue. It's a ewe's milk blue veined cheese that's a bit more 'agricultural' in taste and smell than Stilton.
If you're comfortable eating grouse rather than chicken and venison rather than beef, you'll probably like Lanark Blue. |
