Is surving live for double murder. Reports that he has proposed to a visitor and wants a wedding ceremony behind bars. Should the state allow this and although love can be blind then which fabber would consider marrying this man. |

He has confessed to murdering Lyn and Megan Russell and attempting to murder Jodie. Time should be spent investiging that rather than making arrangements for his wedding.
I think the woman wanting to marry him is a sick attention seeker. Who could love a stranger who murdered two girls ? |

To be fair the prison governor doesn't get too involved in criminal investigations so I don't think any time has been taken away from that by considering this application.
I don't really understand prison visitors getting romantically involved with prisoners and I think there is a process in place to check the validity of a relationship. I don't even understand why a prisoner would want to marry someone knowing they will never get out to live a life with them. |

Yes duress....gangs inside can do awful things of you're in debt or fall fowl of them. Unfortunately the prison service are not allowed to nail people to tables as far as I am aware. |

I would be banned for life on here if I told you what I think of this fat fuck, so I will leave it at that, whereas for the idiot who wants to marry this horrible rat,well she is an absolute disgrace to women and should be made to meet the parents of the, how many girls he killed and whatever else before she marries him and be banned from selling her story to any rag who are horrible enough to print it. |

My question would be if the guys 53 what would be the sense to marry the guy your only going to see him once per month if your lucky and he will likely be dead way before his release looking how fat and unfit he looks to be sitting around watching tv everyday and doing next to nothing looks like theres some kind of angle here to me |

Does that include those with torturous and murderous tendancies? Done if the things people have openly said they want to do to another person on here are pretty violent. I'd hate to get on the the wrong side of them t the wrong time

Sadly prisons do allow offenders to get married behind bars.
This is also likely to lead to the prisoner committing more crimes upon their new partner upon release.

It's to do with a sick woman who will try and sell her story and divorce him as soon as she has a pocket full of money. No other reason for it. Its not like her met her in prison, she has manipulated her way in. Gotta love girl power |

Can a bad person do good things? Can a good person do bad things? And what are the actions that would make a person irredeemably evil, and not be considered human or deservent of any humans rights?
Should he spend his life in prison? YES ! Should he die for what he did? Well, if his actions would have affected me directly, than I would want to end him with my bare hands (and if those affected by his actions want him dead, I am not opposed to that) but the fact that it didn't, allows me to be a bit more objective about the matter.
Marriage or no marriage...if other people want to love this individual, who am I (or anyone) to deny that?
At this moment in time, even the worst convicted killers still have some human rights... and laws are generalised, you can't have favouritism...you can't deny this guy to get married, but allow other convicted killers to get married...I think this is where the dilemma lies |
