I don't see myself as others see me in a physical way. I am my own worst critic and I will see the negatives in my pics etc

When others speak of my personality and my behaviours then yes I can see those both positive and not so positive.

Humbled. I had to review CCTV footage at work and saw myself and it was an eye opener.

In addition to appearance, I also realised I walk really weirdly so now I’m trying to change the way I walk which is harder than you think it would be!

Seeing people on videos and photos is quite different to seeing them in real life..I think it is anyway.

I usually want to cry.

I rarely join in when others are taking photos as I hate how I look and I never seem to be able to relax in front of the camera.

Generally I think I look awful bordering on horrific with a sprinkling of jabba the hutt esq grostesqueness ..... apart from that though

It depends. Sometimes I look and think I look good. Sometimes I see my mother staring back at me

But I really hate hearing my voice on a recording. It sounds so different to how I think it should

I have absolutely no idea how others see me in pics so couldn't comment.

Being mix of weegie and Ayrshire it's my voice in videos that gives me the fear. Although I am told I don't sound as bad as I think.

Im usually the one taking pics or i dont smile as have a tooth missing & hate it, at times i think i look good but mostly don't. Lost alot of my confidence due to an ex but definitely trying to rebuild it.
