Caught a bit of that Wim Hof programme on telly last night. Celebrities had to dive into a hole in the ice, swim underneath it and climb out of another hole.
Would you do this? I got hypothermia just watching it. |

Apparently so and kudos to them for going for it.
I went in the sea at Lyme Regis on June 1st last year. Despite trying the breathing techniques i still had to get out after a couple of minutes, i was so cold. Think i must have been doing it wrong (or i'm a bit of a pussy). |
