I think everyone is noticing it to some degree, but it all depends on your personal situation. We have not felt the energy hike yet as still on a low fixed tariff, but in August we will see our energy bills double, but by then we will be mortgage-free. We are also getting electric cars to save on fuel bills. We are trying to make savings where we can. |

Really noticed past few times I've been to Asda. 3 items I've always put in my basket are now collectively £1 more expensive. If that's just 3 items then multiply that by a months groceries and it's crazy how much extra we're paying for just basic food!
Also last month I had 25 extra hours on my payslip which the taxman took almost 40% of!!! How in the hell can we prosper in a system that takes more from you the more you work? Was absolutely fuming at that! |
