If it’s still under warranty I would probably just be a straight exange for the same model or a model off the same price |

It should still be under manufacturers warranty within first 12 months so I'd get it back ASAP. Yes it's a pain in the arse but I used to work in retail with electronics and these companies are not very forgiving even a day over that period. |

It should still be under manufacturers warranty within first 12 months so I'd get it back ASAP. Yes it's a pain in the arse but I used to work in retail with electronics and these companies are not very forgiving even a day over that period. "
just checked receipt its a close call too in 2 weeks it will be 12 months since i got it so i guess its kind of lucky the gremlins started now then |

Yeah defo get that back pronto. I remember a lady bringing back a games console 1 or 2 days out of its 12 month warranty and there was nothing we could do as the company and manufacturer wouldn't entertain us sending it back unless it was for a paid repair job. Felt really crappy having to tell her that but that's what they're like. |
