i worked, i don't need to go the gym as out bar id=s over 15 meters long, i must walk about 10 miles per shift, anyway i worked until 6 had a couple of pints watching liverpool then home and chill with a whiskey coffee and chat shit on here , i do however need to tone up my stomach again, sit ups start in the morning......maybe
