Definitely not swinging related but advice welcome! I have an old injury from working in care that is hurting again through dog walking- knee support suggestions ?
I bust my knee in my early twenties had an operation on it. Are your shoes well fitting and take the absorbency of your stride? Good shoes I've found sort the issues out more than a support does.
Check to see if you your local health board has an MSK webpage. I know mine does and I have do some of the exercises they suggest for my knees and thighs in the past.
