You may expect certain things - for example a level of respect - and you're totally free to respond how you like if you don't get what you expect but that's not the same as deserving it.
To me saying you won't accept less than x or y, is completely up to you and indicates that you respect yourself enough to not settle for less than you want. To believe you deserve this is a different kettle of fish and is often associated with entitlement.

The sense of entitlement. Inability to take responsibility for ones actions. claiming to suffer with mental health when really they’re just weak minded and taking away help and attention from people who are actually suffering with mental health. Not to do with attraction but I find it annoying as fuck why do women think it’s acceptable to stroke your dog without asking why can’t they keep there fucking hands away from want doesn’t belong to them |
