Lived in hotels there for 3 months with work. If its Piccadilly train station try Thistle hotel or any in Oxford Street/Portland Street they will be within 10 mins walk. Novotel is there I think. |

The airport is miles away from Piccadilly train station, don't book one near the airport. The Mint hotel at the top of Canal Steet is nice and also near the train station. |

Three
Piccadilly, Oxford St and Victoria.
But you'll be using the Picc " correction Piccadilly Oxford ROAD Victoria & Deansgate to be pedantic ,
your more than likely going to piccadilly from Dudley .
Hotel international and munroes right accross the road very nawty/kink friendly as used alot by people visiting club LASH bdsm event every month |

mcdonald hotel near the station but slightly out of town
mint (the ex city inn) facing the station and on the edge of the gay village
ibis portland street
premier inn portland street
portland thistle
you can also rent rooms above the rembrandt pub in the village
imho avoid sacha's hotel - rough !
similar for the britannia
if you have some dosh, the radisson edwardian in the former free trade hall
if there is a group of you, also look at the aparthotels
there is a great one next to piccadilly station called 'the place'
when are you coming up ?
i need to tell friends and family to keep their sons in doors that wkend |

Youll probably arrive in to Piccadilly.
Hotels withing 5 mins walk are
The Place. Straight outside, little expensive but sometimes on offer of £80 and quality.
The Macdonald, same as above but £100+ and quality +1
Britania is about 3 mins walk and cheap - about £50 but very hot and miss, usually very hot rooms
Renaisance - straight oposite, nice but £150
Days Hotel, justa across the road nice again
Portland
Ibis is the furthest at about 5 mins
Theres a few others too

"Shag athlete has listed all that I would suggest appart from novotel, that's very nice and also on Portland street.
If all else fails I have a very big bed and only 10mins from city centre
Got you Sussed now nympho your just after a free bed and you ask this question about every city you fancy a weekend break in lol. Mind you with your looks I'm surprised it took so long for the offer of a bed to pop up x "
haha im really not
im going up work related and they paying for the room so i dont need a free room lol
thing is if i let them book the hotel they always book one miles from the station so i prefer to book my own hotel and claim back the expenses
Thanks for the help everyone x |
