I had it a couple of years in a row when I was a teenager as I suffered terribly including on my school exam year. It was like having the flu for 4-5 months.
The injection worked! It was a life saver. Xx |

I had injections when I was in my early teens. Part of a clinical trail. These were stopped due to side effects by some. I never and someone else who was on same trail never had any side effects. Not sure if correct that these injections have to be paid for ? . Cannot be prescribed under a prescription from doctor. ? |

Depending on severity of symptoms you can be referred by your GP to have it on the NHS but it's done on a case by case basis. |

Some pharmacies do it now as my sister had it done in her local one but not how widely available this is. |

NHS stopped offering it in 2019 saying the risks outweighed the benefits. So now you have to go private for it at a cost of around £80. |
