"depends what you do for a living i guess
obviiusly never had it done but have seen it on tv and they arent gently with that big stick thing
can imagin you get pretty bruised up"
i know it looks quite shocking - i haven't got a manual job but have to drive a lot so wondering if it would impact on that - just toying with the idea - can't shift my extra bit of midrift! Z |

Always a risk but Zoe you're an intelligent woman im sure if you're serious you'll do your research thoroughly regards to risks and surgeons |

Have you tried doing interval training? Obviously no exercises can target specific regions to burn fat from, but overall intervals are fantastic for reducing overall body fat. |

Exercise isnt the only solution most is diet.....
An ex of mine had her boobs done a tummy tuck and full lipo.....
I took all her pix and the bruising an pain was horrific she said.....
Id not seen her naked till the day after her op,but Id say dont do it. You reduce or sculpt one part of the body and it emphasises the next part..... So where dya stop??? |

I think you have an amazing figure if you don't mind me saying.
Lots of my clients always say they wish they were thinner here or there but to be honest it's much harder to do boudoir work for a skinny Minnie! |

everything carries death
every operation going has sadly taken its casualties
but they learn by their mistakes and the deaths are so mininal. thats why they make news because its so rare
Im not saying that makes it ok, course it dont but i wouldnt be put off by the odd horror story, most things in life carry risks
If i had the money id have alsorts done, over all there are more posative outcomes from cosmetic surgery than negative ones now days |

Most things in life carry some risk. For me the bottom line would be weighing up how much I was bothered by whatever I was bothered by and how great and acceptable the risk is. If my desire to have the procedure done is greater than my concerns, then once I had done sufficient research on the best (and affordable) surgeons I would go ahead. It is a balance at the end of the day. |

im a complete fanny so wud neva dream of going down any road of surgery unless my life depended on it ... my body is far from perfect due to a car crash where i went through the windscreen which has left very unpleasant scars but hey ho .. its my body .. if people dont like it then wot eva .. if i wanted to shift a few pounds i wud probably take to my bike for a few extra miles a day and lay off the biscuits ..thats the easier option for me |

that does about sum it up
i hate my belly and boobs that much that if i could afford it i would take the risks, because its something id stronly like to have done
i have tried the weight loss and it didnt help me, i lost 9 stone a few years back and i looked worse as my skin went all saggy, plus i have had 3 sections, i used to go to the gym daily but nothing would tone me up, the muscle under was toned but the skin on top was loose
I put a bit of weight back on to see it that would fill out the skin but then i got down because i felt fat again
for me to loose all the weight again and go under the knife to remove the excess skin would be worth it and i would have no problem doing it because for me it would be worth the risks |

Apparently intensive massage for 15 mins a day can spot reduce fat according to a paper I read.
If you really want to be put off lipo you should watch the dirty Sanchez movie |

There's now some ultrasound treatments that break down fat instead of the invasive traditional lipo. Sounds like that would be less painful.
Research it online. There will be good reviews and bad reviews, everyone is different and there are always risks.
Choose a BAAPS registered surgeon if you do go ahead.
If it's what YOU want, then do it. |
