Talk to her, find out tactfully whether she'd be happy for you to look elsewhere for your physical pleasure whilst still retaining a close relationship with her within your marriage. You might be surprised at her response, I was when I broached the question with my wife. When you talk to her how do you approach it? Is it an argument? Is it out of the blue?
How is the relationship outside of the bedroom? How are you as a husband? Without knowing all this it’s hard to give advice.
I’d recommend telling her you’re finding it hard and set a time/day to have a real conversation about it. If she isn’t willing to at least talk about it I think you’re going to have to have even harder conversations. |

My marriage has been 3yrs dry. We split in 2016 as she 'fell out of love' with me. But I know it was because she was chatting and meeting other men. Mainly because she didn’t wipe her history. We got back together after the fella she was seeing started to show his true colours of being an emotional abuser. Couldn’t talk to me about the kids or her friends without him getting the arse and even driving home without talking on many occasions. Final straw for her was Xmas 2018 when she got me a tour of Anfield from the kids and he went on one because she got him one for his birthday a month earlier. She dumped him just after Xmas and we started talking more soon after, and decided to give it another go early 2019. The only thing is we I mention anything to do with sex she laughs it of or changes the subject and when I’ve asked her about it she just says she just got used to not having it. How about starting from that point. Enjoy your lunch together, engage with her chat, don't mention sex at all. I ended up divorced from a similar situation. 7 years of no sex that started as a compatibility problem on honey moon.
I feel for everyone on here that is going through it. It’s horrible and it’s soo difficult to address with your partner. There is nothing more personal than intimacy issues.
Had with it a partner recently too, it’s easy to see yourself as cursed. It’s worse when you have a high sex drive. Talking is the answer, if the other person can communicate. If they aren’t then it comes to a look inside yourself to make the difficult decision to put yourself first. |

If you are having sex once a month I would consider you to be very fortunate. If you have discussed the situation and maybe tried counselling and there is no improvement in the situation you will have to make some hard decisions like putting up with it or ending the marriage. In the long run if you cannot find some sexual compatibility it is not likely to end up being a very loving relationship. Some of us have been many years without sex and know it is not really the way to use your life up. |

Is it going without saying that women are receiving help for the life-changing event they're going through? Because they largely don't. We are all responsible for our own mental health. Men and women both have access to the same mental health support paths and there are quite a lot of options available. Including online ones which might mean less of a stigma for men? |

I don't know how old your daughter is but I wouldn't let my daughter have it until she was 15 or so.
It's definitely not an app for kids, it's easy enough to find content intended for adult use even with strict filters on. You don't even have to search for it, it just pops up randomly. |

Not at all. It’s kind of irrelevant as I don’t meet anymore but when I did, I’d do as much due diligence as possible on my part. Liars and cheats will always be sly and manipulative and try to go undetected but I can say, hand on heart, I’ve always done as much as I could to avoid meeting a cheat. |
