I think I have a decent body for my age but would like to tone up and add definition. I’m looking for a fitness app suitable for home exercise without using weights. Any recommendations would be welcome to slow the advance of the man boobs !!!! |

Need to jump on this myself, i’m sick of being scrawny!
I have kettlebells which are pretty convenient and storable, need to dust them off and get to work.
Seems to be lots of HIIT / interval training apps about… |

"You’re more than likely going to have to add some sort of resistance training.

Weight training. Toning up is simply losing fat and gaining muscle. |

WOD generator is brilliant! Simply download, select what kit you have (running track, kettle bells etc) or leave and then hit generate. If you don’t like the look of the workout, hit refresh and it’ll generate another. If not sure on the exercises, Google. Expect burpees. Do hydrate, warm up, cool down and set realistic goals. |

I’d suggest this. Get some small (5-10kg) dumbbells and you’re good to go. I did a 90day program and it was great. Starts with HIIT and progresses to HIIRT where you still do the high intensity interval training but add in the dumbbells for the resistance part. Great 30-45min workout and along with a good meal plan you can achieve what you’re after. |
