How many times do i need to fold pastry over when douging puff pastry .... 
Ops .... i was in a dream then ... ok for real
How many times do you get looked in a day on FAB and what do you do when you see someone looked at you do you;
1. Go yippie ive scored lol 
2. Oh no not him/her/them again 
3. OMG why bother
4. or something else

You can always use the book fold. You get an extra layer with each set of folds and it makes for a neater block when you roll it out to size.
And don't rub the fat in - big swirls and splodges of butter (or for a steak pie half butter half lard) are what makes it flaky. |

My "looked at you" list has 120-something names on it and goes back 21 hours.
I have removed everyone from the "looking for" section on my profile though, so I don't think I should be showing up on searches. |
