This is my favourite, poached eggs on sourdough with some salt and cracked black pepper and a sprinkling of finely chopped chives!
Perfect breakfast with a latte or two! |

I don't always get time for breakfast, The latte is my back up! I've if finished a run of nights then I love nothing more than enjoying a nice breakfast and watching the rat race on a Monday morning.
