I used to make a biscuit base (crushed up biscuits mixed with a little melted butter) and pour this on top. OMG, so simple, but so good. |

A strong, warm, comforting Christmas pudding with a rich depth of flavour and texture. Topped off with the soothing embrace of warm thick custard. Food for the soul and body, but ironically in my case not just for Christmas. |
