Tbh it depends where you source them from as there are alot of fake and synthetic cannabinoids out there now.
CBD is vastly misunderstood as being used for sleep aid however it is not the main use for it. In order to get the best benefits one would need a mix of all the cannabinoids.
CBD has been advised very incorrectly and the isolation of one compound has been proven to have very little affect.
So due to this alot of fake products or product that actually contain hemp and not actual cannabinoids. Unless someone has recommended you a particular brand be very very cautious (you can even buy them off alibaba) that's very worrying. |
