That is the nickname of a prehistoric pig that was bigger than a horse. Wild boar are ferocious today and parts of Germany and France are riddled with them but these Hell Pigs were on a different level. Tom wonders what these buggers tasted like ... |

had wild pig in Budapest, huge portions, and it was amazing, very strong in taste served with a plum sauce.

Entelodonts lived between roughly 40-15mya in what is now North America and Eurasia. Humans evolved about 1mya and didnt leave africa for quite some time. When they were alive we were barely out of the trees.
