What percentage of your social life revolves around Fab ??

And I'm not talking sexy time stuff here just your social time.
I ask because it's fascinated me for some time now ..
Do you mainly socialise with other fabbers , mainly muggles , or a healthy mix of the two ...
And also has fab enriched your social life more or less since you joined ..

It doesn't take up much of my social time at all but I'm fairly new here. I was asked about a Fab account on almost every club visit I was at before I joined. It intrigued me enough to start an account. |

Far too much.
I work from home and having left the army a few years ago my social group is not at it's highest heights.
But the chance to meet honest open and exciting people is only a boon! |

I talk to lots of fabbers. Mostly from the forums. But I don’t see (m)any of them. I still see my friends and do fun things with them. Plus most of the people I talk to on fab aren’t from London. |

We rarely socialise with Fab people, usually it's a social with a view to possibly meeting at some point.
However I have met one lady from Fab for a purely social purpose and we are now trying to arrange another social for later this month with our partners. We are very much looking forward to this as we get on so well and the conversation, laughter and piss taking will be awesome.

I have an excellent social life with lots of theatre, concerts, meals with friends, holidays.
I have sex with people from Fab. I don't socialise with any of them. "

About 2%.
I have made a friend from fab years ago and we talk almost daily but it’s never about fab or sex really. We met with the view to fuck like bunnies but ended up just being buddies.
Besides that, I have the best friendship group and am happy with my social life so I’m not looking to add to that at the moment although there are a couple of people I’d like to meet for coffee. |

About 5% Fab related. We have a wonderful circle of friends away from here that we socialise with, night out, bbq's in the summer, house party's and weekends away together.
We have a few very good friends on here that we meet every now and again and we enjoy the social events. |

Probably about 50/50. There’s a group of us who meet most months and there are several friends I met via here that I speak to most days.
Then I have the people I grew up with and used to work with.. it’s a fairly even split. |

People I met on Fab have moved to my “real life” circle… I don’t see them as separate entities, the people I befriend are in my life regardless of what channel I met them on.
Then again, I have been meeting people online for 30 years this year  (obviously not in sex sites- more on university chats, IRC, Bitnet And BBSes, those of a certain age like me who remember them!) so online socialising taken to real life comes naturally to me. I thrive on it. I am hopeless meeting people in more traditional ways lol … |

Zero, life and time is too short to chat about it. We're here to meet and play. We're also not one of those couples, who I look sexy in lingery and we sit in a club talking about swinging. We're well I'm the fem in the middle of the action playing. |

Lots. My ex. was super controlling and destroyed my social life.
Fab, allowed me to rebuild one with like minded people, and now all my best friends come from Fab and I feel like I'm part of a community

When we first found swinging, it was so new and exciting we couldn't get enough of it.
Clubs, 121 meets, parties, swingers holidays, our non swinging friends started asking questions about why we didn't meet so much anymore.
As time passed it did fall away, we reconnected with friends.
During lockdown, even though I worked through it, Paul worked from home and the devil led him to that dark area of FAB forums and down the rabbit hole he slid.
He's back to work now and the forums are loosing their attraction, we are back to meeting real people, go to real clubs, real parties and next month the real and one and only Cap D'Agde.
So, all in all, about 5%. |

A very small fraction.
Fab is more an indulgence, I have quite an active and busy life away from here.
I'm fortunate that I have a lover who I can have the social aspect too. Now weather this blurs the lines I couldn't say.
But for me I like to keep the two apart. I personally think it's healthy otherwise it's just an endless cycle |

I’m always lurking 
I have made some really super friends here some I get to have naughty moments with but I socialise with most of them. Some remain online contacts due to distance & life priorities but I’m glad I’ve met them all.
My non fab and fab life never used to cross over but they do a little bit these days and now I’m older I’m not as bothered about compartmentalising my life into different boxes. |
