So over the last few years my neighbour has been flirting on and off, always making eye contact when talking to me and making innuendos and going out her way to wave and smile!
She’s been single for 2 years and lives alone with her daughters!
Over the weekend we went to a party on the street and she was with me all night, we both got d*unk and ended up walking home holding hands and cuddling!
Now do I take it to the next level and ask her but potentially ruining our friendship and making it awkward on the street or just keep it as a fantasy? She’s proper fit btw x |

You could always ask if she wants to go for a few drinks or something and see what happens.
That way you haven’t suggested anything more and if she does just want to be friends you haven’t ruined anything.

Ask her out as a friend for drinks and a meal maybe and see where the night goes …… then ask her how she likes her eggs in the morning as a cheeky remark and see how it goes. |

You said you want to fuck her so I'm guessing you don't want anything serious or you wouldn't have gone straight to the fucking. I'd check to see if she just wants to be a piece of meat first or maybe wants something more serious because that's what will make things awkward in the future |
