Going to be stiff and sore tomorrow. It’s setting in already. I tripped/fell over those metal bars where the trolleys sit at supermarkets, two full bags, nae balance and a concrete landing resulted in a sideways landing, bruising my upper ribs, and hurting my hip and knee…. Hope it doesn’t last too long. Thankfully already on painkillers and anti inflammatories.  |

That happened my Mum who’s in her 70’s she sued a well known supermarket chain and got a few thousand out of them. |

It was my misjudgment - can’t sue for that, besides only pride is broke….. |

She’s fine now, bruised and a sprained wrist, she fell over some spikes that had been put at the entrance to a car park and the company tried to remove the spikes and say the blame lay with her. Multiple people had fallen over them as well, my mothers not the law suit type but she just wanted them to admit responsibility. |

Just trying to work through it gently, trouble is if ribs are involved it’s going to be sore whatever you do
Bashed my ribs enough times falling off horses and into walls to know that lol |
