It is brinkmanship by Putin. He has to be able to claim some sort of victory.

Will that involve NATO? Hard to say. If Russia attacks outside Ukraine quite possibly.

Don't worry about war. We took back control after Brexit.

What did Nostradamus say about Ukraine? He must get at least one thing right in about 150 attempts, just by sheer statistics.

Switch the news off. I find it makes it easier to make your own thoughts

The idea really scares me, if we were pulled into this war, what would that look like for us?

The UK would be gone completely within 200 odd seconds

Unlikely unless NATO puts its hand between its legs an finds its bollocks.

I have read some speculation that Putin will up the anté in his 9th May speech. Also that he is planning to introduce nationwide conscription.

I think there is no doubt that he will try to annexe the whole of Ukraine's Black Sea coast, and then move into Moldova.

Sadly NATO will sit back and watch, I fear. Unless a stray missile hits just across the border in, say, Poland or Romania.

So until or unless that happens I very much suspect Ukraine and Moldova are very much on their own.

They used gas in the 1500s or he just predicted people would use gas in the future?

Nostradamus died in 1566 and his book of prophecies was written in 1555, so he certainly wasn't referring to natural gas, petroleum or anything else fossil fuel related. There was no gas in 1555, other than the stuff you excreted from your bum. May I ask where this particular prediction can be read in full?

I think it's about time we gave them everything they need instead of drip feeding bits and pieces

Bid N's predictions are so convoluted and metaphorical that almost any event that has occurred since his death can be shoehorned to fit one or other. Retro fitting something to a prediction makes it not really a prediction at all.

Somewhere off the edge of the map... 'ere there be monsters

I thought we were already involved? Haven’t we been supplying them weapons and aid since before the invasion began? Oh, sorry Putin, since before the “Special Operation of Liberation” began?

I don’t think we will as we don’t want to go up against a mad man who has the ability to wipe out all living things on the planet if he’s ever backed into a corner. There’s far to much to lose if we ever did go to war with Russia

Putin knows we have plenty of our own nukes as well, he's just as worried and that's why when you see him out in public his bodyguard is carrying that bag with the red button in

5.5 million people have fled Ukraine. How does Putrid sell that to his own people as 'an act of liberation'
