Report the individual pic's to admin saying its you in them and in light of the fact you're not on speaking terms any more than he doesn't have your permission to post them |

Get your friend to report him. Also speak to the police for help and advice. |

If you’ve blocked him you can still report him. Find him on your blocklist, click on him and there should be a box in the top right corner.
You could also ask your friend to report them and contact him and ask him to remove them or you’ll call the police. |

"Don't think so as I shared privately off site with him
I accept I was stupid doing that but thought I could trust him as we knew each other many years "
What are the revenge porn laws in the UK? The law regarding revenge porn is contained within Section 33 of the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015. When this legislation came into force, a new criminal offence was created, making it a criminal offence to disclose private sexual photographs with the intent to cause distress and without consent.
"WITHOUT CONSENT", even though shared privately, does not give him the right to distribute them according to that! |

You also have to proove it was to intentionally cause distress too. He could argue also that they are in a private album and not on display and therefore theres no intention to cause distress.
They can be shared but without site admins help you'll never be able to prove that either. It's just speculation at this point.
However, if it's made a legal matter I'm fairly sure the police would have the power to compel site owners for certain information. If admin don't help then your only real path of action is to make it a legal matter. Personally I'd do that anyway. There's no telling where else he could have those pictures and what he's done with them. Time to have his phone and computers trawled through I think |

"You also have to proove it was to intentionally cause distress too. He could argue also that they are in a private album and not on display and therefore theres no intention to cause distress."
An argument that holds zero water. She doesn't give her consent to the pictures being posted on his profile. Therefore their very presence there is enough cause for distress... it's not for the perpetrator to decide how the injured party feels about something. Being in "private" album is meaningless when there is proof that other people can get access to them - more distress for the person who hasn't consented to their images being posted and then also shown to other people.
OP, it doesn't matter how the images were originally created or shared. What matters is where the images are now, and how they're being used now. Use that to inform your decision going forwards. |

Unless he outright admits he's shared them, others come forward or the site admin provide evidence he's shared them then yeah sadly it's pure speculation. |

Sadly, causing distress isn't enough. You would need to prove his INTENTION to cause distress, ie, he did this deliberately to distress the person as opposed to for instance shag other people who like the photos.

I think it's been said but maybe admin can get them removed . live and learn OP from this dust yourself off move on . Your facing a boudle whammy as I'm assuming they were for private viewing so he's betrayed a intimate moment between the pair of you . You have my sympathy for that and you also have my symphony for the fact he's now pimping you out by using your image to get more meets which says a hell of a lot about the guy in question . |

You only need such high burden of proof in formal legal proceedings, like in a court room. |

That's what I was commenting on. Someone suggested she should go to the police. They deal in formal legal proceedings!!

report the profile to admin yourself. You can do this by going to your block list and reporting him or pasting the url of your profile into the browser bar and substituting his profile name for yours and using the drop down menu.
Photo rules state very clearly that you must have the permission of anyone appearing in your photos apart from yourself
