Never worried about a photo in an initial message as we'd always view the profile before deciding whether to reply or not.

If they don’t have a face picture on profile. A face. If they don’t have anything to give me a clue of theirbody, a body photo.
I think it’s good to have an idea of whom we are talking to quickly, we are not at confession in church.  |

I like humour, I try to do a new scenario every day and write jokes and funny one liners for them. It’s actually pretty fun! Then a bit about me, what I liked about their profile and why I’m messaging and finally a face pic |

I'm much the same, if there is a bit of a connection after a couple of messages a pic helps, but not that important before that. |
