....I'd have baked a cake ....
In an attempt to fight the hangover horn, I'm going to do some baking.
Cherry cheesecake to start, some fruit scones and probably a lemon drizzle, filled with a sharp homemade lemon curd.
Any requests?

Lemon drizzle is amazing isn't it! Has to be really sharp for me, I find many shop ones just lack the fizzy tang I need! |
