Hi, I’m looking to start writing, only short stories, possibly character based or previous experiences. Where would be the best place to start, to get them out there? |

"Once upon a time" is a traditional start, that will leave the audience expecting cliche ridden nonsense that you will then amaze them by not delivering.
Or, you could use "It was a dark and stormy night", I don't think Charles Schultz would kind. |
