"well speny a week in the usa then a week in india, now suffering from bad jet lag, cant sleep at all, but tired at the wrog times, any ideas? "
There are all sorts of tricks but I find most of them don't work for me. I take something to make me sleep at "normal" time when I get back. Or work a 16 hour night shift, that tends to do the trick as well! Xxx |

The only trick I have found to work is the eat the right meal for the time of day one. Combine that with only taking a 20 minute nap if it's not bedtime and you are tired and you get it back.
The reality is that you can only really shift your clock by an hour each day. |
