Next week I'll be travelling an hour and twenty minutes both ways. Following week onwards I'll only have to do that commute one day a week and the other four days at home x |

"I’m so envious of all the people who work from home. It’s a 30 min drive for me so not too bad. "
That's interesting. I've noticed quite a few work from home, I wouldn't like to. I used to when the children were younger but I wouldn't enjoy doing it these days. I enjoy going to work. |

I have a two hour train journey each way to get into work. I took the position as a 6 month secondment knowing it was untenable long term…
…. 4 years later I’m still here lol |

It’s been interesting. I work for quite a big company with lots of depots all over the south. My position now is basically in the headquarters in London and I’ve learnt so much but I’ll be happy to transfer back to my local depot at some point |

"...do you travel to work?
Do you drive, train, bus, cycle, walk?
Just curious."

After reading the posts last night I started thinking more about it all. When reading it I was thinking I would be here to pop the washer on in the day and things like that but actually I think I like being around people, tough one isn’t it? |

"I’ve already covered 800 miles this week! That’s about the norm when I’m not working from home. Bear in mind my office is in a different location every day between Lincolnshire and Norfuck! "
I wouldn't like your weekly fuel bill. You must thoroughly enjoy your job. |
