I guess it's the same reason they don't make Lego flavoured people food.
Mice are great to play with and leave as headless decorative displays in the doorway for you to step on first thing in the morning. Not so good for eating apparently if my cat is anything to go by. |

I can doze over in the afternoon and then starting yawning later at night but the minute I go to bed I'm awake. I never used to be like this x |

Remembering that one time I spilt a coffee in the cafeteria at college and slipped in it. I tried to get up quickly to walk away but I slipped again. Then to make it it worse the lunch lady came running over causing an already big scene to be bigger by screaming ‘get some wet blue roll and the accident book she bumped her head’, when actually I just have a permanent bump on my head from when I broke my skull at 11 and then everyone at my new college knowing I fell over and have a weird shaped forehead. It’s only been 13 years. I’m not still traumatised I’m fine… |

I think about work ...typical morning is I wake around 3am brain instantly turns on and I'm thinking of solutions for the days challenges
It then takes me a good hour or even two for me to process all my thoughts before I doze off again then my alarm goes off at 6am.. ..up I get tied go to work get home eat sleep and repeat the process  ...something needs to change |

To sleep properly you need a plan, you have to workout what things you enjoy thinking about then spend your time thinking about those thoughts.
I have really bad tinnitus, can hear it on a plane at30000 ft.
I hear now typing but sleep like a baby for 10 hours. |

My active mind. We have quite a lot of changes that could be happening in our lives and I lie awake thinking how it might all affect us.
Thankfully I have Mr who wraps his arms around me if I start to feel too worried. |

All this talk of "sleeping like a baby". Why do they say that when babies are up 6 million times a night?
I worry about a lot but now have medication to calm me down. Without meds I do not sleep. At all! |

Having to work
When off work though, it's usually meandering thoughts of all sorts of things that keeps me awake. I then go have a cup of tea and try again, which usually works. |
