Are you a snoozer?

Jump to: Newest in thread

By *hagTonight OP   Man  over a year ago

From the land of haribos.

I am really not a snoozer. I usually wake up straight away when the alarm clock sounds, but I might do it sometimes and if I do that I rest for an extra 5min. I have my alarm clock set to sound every 5min for 3 times just in case I am too tired

here & there

If I hit that snooze button I feel so much worse in the morning vs getting straight out of bed.

GONE/TIMEOUT (No DMs please)

I'm a snoozer, then get annoyed at myself for not getting up with the first 5 alarms

On workdays I'm always up before my alarm goes off, on days off I'm usually up around 7, I hate lying in bed.

I'm more of a snoozer in the afternoons.. (age)

Takes me about an hour to wake up properly but that’s because I have a vitamin D deficiency

Get up right away. If I stayed in bed I'd likely fall back asleep x

On a mooch

Five alarms on for the morning wake up, each with a different tone over a 30 minute time span. Sometimes I hear the first one, but normally it is the last two or one.

The last one gets the snooze button once and then I should be awake enough to get up, if not I’d likely fall over.

Yes I definitely am. I struggle to wake up on a morning. My husband on the other hand is bright eyed and bushy tailed the second the alarm goes off. I need coffee to get me functioning.

multiple alarms set and I snooze them all, but even if I wake up before any alarms, I still lie in bed to the last possible minute.

I wake up with the birds.

* I wish that had a different meaning to it

I sleep stupidly light and the slightest sound and I’m up. So no, I don’t lie in often.

I absolutely do not understand the concept of using the snooze feature of an alarm.

If you have to get up at a certain time, how does it help you to set the alarm twn minutes earlier to wake you up, and then go back to sleep and then wake up again? Why not just stay asleep until you have to get up? Surely that's better.

I have never used snooze. It strikes me as completely bonkers. Luke

I set my clock 10 mins in advance so I can intentionally hit the snooze button

Don't ask, works for me haven't been late in 30 years....till tomorrow now!
