I know you don't know me but I've chosen you as the person I'm giving my house to. I don't need it anymore. I say house, it's actually more of a stately home with acres of land and plenty of room for an animal sanctuary.

No such thing of course. Never one size fits all... I tend to hunt out folk I'm interested in myself, versus sitting around like Cinderella waiting for a bloke to rock up with 'the perfect message', or clutching a virtual shoe |

I'm always amazed at how many guys disregard everything in our profile and still expect to get somewhere. So reading the profile is a must.

Just to throw a spanner in the works of the "perfect message", I've made some great connections in the past when the first message has been "Hi".
I've also not replied to a lot of "Hi", and a lot of probably great messages, because I've not been in the right place to talk, or because I'm not looking.
There is really no such thing as the "best" message, the "perfect" message, because that changes depending on the mood, the situation and the desires of the recipient at the time.
All you can do is try. It's a pain in the arse, and it isn't fair, but it is what it is.
