Errr the killers are amazing!!!

I pretended that I could get into watching football and that I was totally cool with watching it with him

Errrr I get the hot footie players but so don’t understand the game or anything like that

Also pretended to be so into skiing when in fact, I don’t like it

In a ball gown because that's how we roll in N. Devon

I was thinking about this the other day actually...

I haven't. I've shown interest in things I may not have been interested in particularly but that's because I am intensely curious about people. I enjoy listening to people talk about the things they enjoy and get excited about. So while my interest my not be in their interest, and it might seem as if I'm feigning it, I'm not... because I'm finding them interesting.

Haha thanks!

Generally tho now I avoid that, but I’d be glad to listen somebody talk about what they are passionate about

I’ve always been attracted to people that liked different things to me x

It did but she had to go to St James’ Park a few times before she told me she hated it. I almost took her to see Red Hot Chili Peppers too until I asked her what her favourite song was and she couldn’t even name one

Nah.

Tried stuff because they liked it, didn't like it, didn't pretend to. Whether that's food, music, people or whatever. Sometimes it takes a little reflection to work out if you enjoyed the time with someone else, or enjoyed the activity.

Like, would I do that again alone or with someone different? Nah. Then nope, wasn't really for me.

Same. I learned all about lead light windows, temporary structures and welding. Never done any of them personally, not actually interested in them but listened to so much of it over the years I don't sound totally clueless.

God no…I absolutely love when someone is passionate about something, I like watching there mannerisms and facial expressions when they talk about it,but I can’t pretend to enjoy the activity/music etc if I don’t like it - that’s just not me xx

Nah, I've usually said what I like first and if we had absolutely nothing in common, we'd know we weren't compatible.

I've hated things my exes liked and vice versa. It's pretty fun taking the mick out of each other

I love listening to what someone is passionate about for sure, whether I would actually do said thing I don't know, depends on how into them I was

Maybe when I was very young! But I haven't ever done that as an adult. I think you'd be easily able to tell I was faking it anyway if I did try.

.

Yep, when I was a young teenager there was a beautiful girl who loved anime and manga. So, I got into anime and manga. I think it's something that young people do, I have no shame to say I did it.

Nowadays, I'll listen. Gently tease someone when they go on about catching pandas or tulips or football, not pretend I'm interested/knowledgeable about it but enjoy the passion that flows out when someone truly works out about what they love.

No I haven't. But I am living my life doing a business that I wouldn't dream of doing if it wasn't for Mr, some days I really hate it, and it's so demanding, but I do it to fully support him as it's all he has wanted to do since being a young boy.

I’ve got a mate who pretended to

be a socialist because the girl he was chasing was.

They’ve been seeing each other six months and he still hasn’t told her he’s a true blue Tory!
