I downstream from the publically funded channel 4 to watch people exercise their tennis on tennis pitches.
I like how no-one picked up on any of this. I'm guessing it wasn't streamed live. And probably took a number of takes. |

This is the problem with a system where the people in charge are rarely someone who actually knows anything about the ministry they're in charge of, having been given the post as a favour or for political gain.
The vast majority of civil servants are employed, at least in theory, based on their suitability for the job, why the ones at the top need no qualifications other than being voted an MP is beyond me.
