Help me out fabbers.

I have a work colleague who I know really well. Never in a million years would I think she would be on fab.

Yesterday I see a profile with her pic on it. Not sure if it's a genuine profile or not.

Don't really want her to know thatt I'm on here either so how do I approach the subject with her?

I'm not sure if it's a good idea to, potentially, cause yourself issues at your employment.

Is the photo you have seen be from another social media platform?

Of course you can always stick a conversation up and ‘your friend is on this site and he sent you a photo of someone he’s trying to pluck the courage up to talk to’ then show her the photo

I’m guessing in case someone is using her photo on a fake profile

As a woman I would find that creepier than being asked outright. This is someone's private life that may want keep private, being approached at work would also be a no

I understood that is the OP's concern. Someone is using her private photos to open a Fab profile.

Then they need to report it....It's not hard to check if you right click and open with Google lens

Couldn't you keep using the word "Fab" in conversation? Such as "I saw a film on Netlix yesterday, it was fab", "Going out with my mates next weekend, it's going to be fab", see if she cottons on.

There's a few things that could help you decide if it's genuine or a chance someone has used her picture.

Is it a new profile? Has it been picture verified or verified by meets? Is the photo one from social media? Does the profile content sound like her if you know her well?

Just because you don't think she would be here doesn't mean she isn't.

We are very private people and even quite close friends wouldn't know we're here. That's how we like it. If she's genuinely here and posted a face pic she obviously doesn't mind people knowing. If you think it's a fake profile then report it, you don't need to speak to her about it.

I'm concerned it's a fake profile. I'm not thinking of asking her for a meet just concerned that it's a fake.

The profile is a couples profile but says that she is now single

Worked with her a long time and consider a friend.

One but its not displayed. the age of the couple profile isn't right either so I smell a fake profile with my friends face pic. I think I'm going to stay out of it. Thanks for the advice

Yeah I have. Just a bland message. Unread and profile has been offline for a day

It's difficult. I'd want to know.

If she's a friend I'd ask her if she's on any internet dating sites.
