I sometimes block if there’s certain criteria I don’t meet in their profile. No sense in viewing profiles, with the intention of messaging, if you’ve no chance with them. Just another form of filtering  |

There's always a reason why people block it may not be something you realise at the time .It could be something that was said that they didn't like,or being too pushy for them,asking too many personal questions (that's a reason I have blocked on here before) or they simply weren't feeling it. People always have a reason why they block. All you can do is move on. If it was me I'd block back. |

We have more in our block list than not.
Literally thousands.
We have a criteria and outside of that we don't see the point of wasting time messaging etc so we just block.
Some will see that as harsh but each to their own. |

I block pushy people and those who try to focus the conversation on something I find objectionable, like their (usually fantasy) obsession with family members, animals or poo. Also those people who never answer a question but make it all about them. |

I said no to a guy last week
He messaged back . I said no again
He sent another message
I asked him to put himself in a woman's shoes, who get bombarded with messages daily and told him no
He messaged back claiming he wasn't like the other 'dickheads' on here.
I couldn't be arsed to explain the irony of his message so blocked him.
And that's a regular occurrence. |

Sometimes their pics and profile are beautiful but their attitude is ugly.
