Except when I have a sweaty crack after doing a monster hiit workout - and then I have to wear cotton briefs, otherwise the lining of my trousers tends to perish.

I use to always wear tight underwear. However past 4 years I've gone commando. It's so natural.

Hospital knickers. Can't beat them. I've got six in a sequence of two in parallel at a time (plus loads of spares but not needed yet). They wash and dry quickly and are airy and comfortable. all my boxers are now redundant. I might never go back to them.

The Hospital ones are jockey style, not boxer.

Only thing is they don't have a broad waist band with a designer name to reveal when your jeans slide down.Small price to pay for comfort.
