Has anyone has any experience with one of these? I’m looking to buy the cell mate 2 but I need to know if the ball ring opens or is it a full ring?

I didnt know if willys could breed in captivity to let them roam without fear of poachers tho i understand is dangerous boooorn freee as free as the wind blooooows
